1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Dinora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Dinora is a peer-to-peer value routing network, not a traditional bank.

2. The Netting Mechanism

You acknowledge that Dinora operates on a "Netting" basis. When you initiate a transfer, the Platform seeks a reciprocal transfer from the destination region. If a match is found, your funds settle a local obligation in your origin country, while the counterparty settles your intended recipient. No funds physically cross borders in a matched transaction.

3. Voluntary Contributions

Dinora charges 0% fees on principal amounts. Users may opt to leave a voluntary "Tip" to support platform sustainability. These tips are non-refundable once the transaction is processed.

4. Liability & Escrow

Dinora holds user funds in segregated, insured escrow accounts at Tier-1 partner banks. We are liable for funds only while they are in our custody. Liability transfers to the recipient bank upon confirmed payout.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for money laundering, terror financing, or any illicit activity. Dinora reserves the right to freeze accounts pending investigation of suspicious velocity or structuring.

1. Data Minimization

We believe in "Data Minimalism." We only collect information strictly required by financial regulations (KYC/AML) and necessary for the routing algorithm.

2. Information We Collect

We collect: (a) Government-issued ID (Passport/Driver's License), (b) Proof of Address, (c) Transaction History, and (d) Device Fingerprints for fraud prevention.

3. Algorithmic Processing

To find transfer matches, your transaction parameters (Amount, Destination, Time) are fed into our Matching Engine. This data is anonymized before matching; your counterparty never sees your personal details, only the matched liquidity amount.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do NOT sell data to advertisers. We share data only with: (a) Banking partners for settlement, (b) Identity verification providers (e.g., Onfido), and (c) Law enforcement where compelled by subpoena.

1. Essential Cookies

These are required for the site to function (e.g., maintaining your logged-in session, securing CSRF tokens). You cannot opt-out of these.

2. Analytics Cookies

We use lightweight, privacy-focused analytics to understand user flows (e.g., "Where do users drop off during sign-up?"). We do not use cross-site tracking pixels from ad networks.

3. Managing Preferences

You can control cookies via your browser settings. However, disabling essential cookies may render the Platform unusable.

1. License Grant

Dinora grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Dinora software (Web and Mobile) strictly for personal, non-commercial money transfer purposes.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not: (a) Reverse engineer the matching algorithm, (b) Use the API for high-frequency trading or arbitrage without an Enterprise Agreement, (c) Rent or lease your account access to third parties.

3. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.
